How do I change my password for the Payments Portal?

Important: Your password must have between 8 and 20 characters, including at least one number, a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, and it must not match your user name. You must change your password every 90 days, and you cannot use the same password more than once.

To change your password:

Step 1. From the top-right of the Payments Portal, click your user name.

Step 2. From the drop-down menu, click Change Password.

Step 3. Type your Current Password.

Step 4. Type your New Password.

Step 5. In the Confirm Password field, re-type your password.

Step 6. Click Change Password.

Note: When you click Change Password, the Payments Portal redirects you to the sign-in page to sign in using your new password. This is to help protect your account’s security.
