You can confirm the network connection on your iCT220/250 terminal by using it to ping a public IP address.
Step 1. To return to the home screen, press Clear (red button).
Step 2. Press F (Function key).
Step 3. Type the admin password, then press Enter (green button). The default password is 1234567F.
Step 4. Press 0 (Telium Manager), then press 3 (Initialization).
Step 5. Press 2 (Hardware), 2 (Ethernet Setup), then press 8 (Ping).
Step 6. Using the keypad, type 4.2.2.2, then press Enter (green button).
Note: 4.2.2.2 is a public address, which should provide a return.
