Step 1. To return to the home screen, press Clear (red button).
Step 2. Press .;#* (punctuation key).
Step 3. Type the admin password, then press Enter (green button). The default password is 1234567F.
Step 4. Press 3 (Setup menu), then press 2 (Communication).
Step 5. Press 3 (Ethernet), followed by 2 (TerminalSetup), then press 2 (Static IP).
Step 6. Configure the terminal's static IP information:
- To enter the terminal's IP address:
a. Press 1 (TerminalIP).
b. Using the keypad, type the IP address.
c. Press Enter (green button).
- To enter the terminal's gateway IP address:
a. Press 2 (GatewayIP).
b. Using the keypad, type the gateway IP address.
c. Press Enter (green button).
- To enter the terminal's IP subnet mask:
a. Press 3 (IPSubMask).
b. Using the keypad, type the subnet mask.
c. Press Enter (green button).
- To enter the terminal's primary DNS IP address:
a. Press 4 (PriDNSIP).
b. Using the keypad, type the primary DNS IP address.
c. Press Enter (green button).
- To enter the terminal's secondary DNS IP address:
a. Press 5 (SecDNSIP).
b. Using the keypad, type the secondary DNS IP address.
c. Press Enter (green button).
Step 7. Press Clear (red button). The terminal reboots.
