- From the SoftPay home screen, press the leftmost purple key twice to access the third menu.
- From the third menu, press F4 (EBT Bal Inq).
- Swipe the card, or use the keypad to type the card number, then press Enter.
- Press F3 (EBT).
- Select the type of balance inquiry:
- F1 – Food
- F2 – Cash
- To print a copy of the receipt for the customer, press F1 (Yes).
