- From the SoftPay home screen, press the second purple key from the left.
- Select how you want to search for your transaction:
- To search by clerk or server, press F1 (Srvr).
- To search by amount, press F2 (Amt).
- To search by the last four digits of the card number, press F3 (Acct).
- To search by invoice number, press F4 (Inv#).
- Use the keypad to type the search information, then press Enter.
- To find the transaction that you want to adjust, press F2 (Prev) and F3 (Next).
- Press F1 (Adj).
- Use the keypad to type the tip amount, then press Enter. If the adjustment is successful, the screen displays “Approved.”
- To return to the Softpay home screen press Cancel twice, or to adjust more tips press Enter.
