How do I connect my VX520 terminal to an Ethernet network?

Accessing the connection ports

  1. Turn the VX520 upside-down
  2. Remove the rear cover as shown to view the connection ports.

Connecting the Ethernet cable to the terminal

  1. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the ETH port on the terminal.
  2. Connect the other end to an available port on your router or switch.

Powering the terminal

  1. Connect the round end of the power cord into the power port on the bottom of the terminal.
  2. Plug the adapter into a power socket

Tidying the cords

  1. Run all cords in the terminal over the back of the device.
  2. Attach the rear cover.
