How do I reset my SwipeSimple password?

You can reset your password from the SwipeSimple Sign-In page. You need to know the following information:

• The email address associated with your SwipeSimple account.

Sending a SwipeSimple password reset email

Step 1. Use a web browser to go to https://www.tsys.com/client-login.html.

Step 2.From the SwipeSimple tile, click LOGIN >>.

Step 3.Click Forgot Password.

Step 4.On the SwipeSimple Password Assistance page, type your Email.

Step 5.Click Continue. SwipeSimple forwards you an automated email and displays a confirmation message.

Resetting your SwipeSimple password

Step 1.To open the Reset Your Password page, click the link provided in the automated email.

Step 2.To reset your Password:

  a. In the New Password field, type your chosen password.

  b. In the Password Confirmation field, re-type your chosen password.

  c. Click Reset Password.
