How do I reset my Merchant Portal password?

Step 1. Use a web browser to go to

Step 2. From the Merchant Portal tile, click LOGIN >>.

Step 3. Click Trouble Logging In?

Step 4. To send a password reset email, enter the following information:

  a. The last six digits of your Merchant ID number.

  b. Your Zip Code.

  c. Click SUBMIT. Merchant Portal forwards you an automated email, follow the instructions provided to
  reset your password.

Note: If you do not receive the automated email, contact our Customer Support Team.
Important: Your password must contain between 8 and 20 characters including at least one number, a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, and it must not match your user name. You are prompted to change your password every 90 days, you cannot use a password more than once.
