- Use a web browser to go to https://portal.cayan.com/login/.
- From the Merchant Portal tile, click LOGIN >>.
- Click Trouble Logging In?
- Merchant Portal sign-in page
- To send a password reset email, enter the following information:
- The last six digits of your Merchant ID number.
- Your Zip Code.
- Click SUBMIT. Merchant Portal forwards you an automated email, follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
Note: If you do not receive the automated email, contact us at (1) (800) 941-6557.
Important: Your password must contain between 8 and 20 characters including at least one number, a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, and it must not match your user name. You are prompted to change your password every 90 days, you cannot use a password more than once.
