How do I reset my Merchant Portal user name?

  1. Use a web browser to go to https://portal.cayan.com/login/.
  2. From the Merchant Portal tile, click LOGIN >>.
  3. Click Trouble Logging In?.
  4. Merchant Portal sign-in page
  5. Click Reset Username.
  6. Username reset prompt
  7. To send a user name reset email, enter the following information:
    1. The last six digits of your Merchant ID number.
    2. Your Zip Code.
  8. Click SUBMIT. Merchant Portal forwards you an automated email. Follow the instructions provided to reset your user name.
