Step 1. Use a web browser to go to https://portal.cayan.com/login/.
Step 2. From the Merchant Portal tile, click LOGIN >>.
Step 3. Click Trouble Logging In?.
Step 4. Click Reset Username.
Step 5. To send a user name reset email, enter the following information:
a. The last six digits of your Merchant ID number.
b. Your Zip Code.
c. Click SUBMIT. Merchant Portal forwards you an automated email. Follow the instructions provided to
reset your user name.
Note: If you do not receive the automated email, contact our Customer Support Team.
