Step 1. Use a web browser to go to https://geniusex.roamdata.com.
Step 2. Click Forgot Your Password?
Step 3. Complete the password reset information:
a. Type your Username.
b. Click Submit. GeniusEX forwards you an automated email and displays a confirmation message.
Note: If you do not receive the automated email, contact our Customer Support Team.
Step 4. Click Close.
Step 5. In the password-reset email, follow the Click here to reset your password link.
Step 6. Follow the instructions to reset your password:
a. Answer the security questions when prompted.
b. In the Choose Password field, type your chosen password.
c. In the Retype Password field, re-type your chosen password.
d. Click Continue.
Note: Your password must contain between 8 and 20 characters including at least one number, a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, and it must not match your user name. You are prompted to change your password every 90 days, and you cannot use a password more than once.
