• You must continue to support signature as a Cardholder Verification Method (CVM).
• You still need to collect signatures for transactions that legally require them. Check with your local licensing authority to find out when customers need to sign a receipt.
• Some Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) must continue to use chip and signature for all transactions. For more information contact our Customer Support Team.
